UC San Diego Catering is enhancing our already high standards with the following precautions:

• We follow campus (Return to Learn) and San Diego County guidance regarding catered event food and beverage service.
• Employees monitor their health and complete a self-screening process each day before reporting to work.
• Employees are trained and reminded of proper handwashing and glove use.
• Vehicles, equipment, and work areas and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and sanitized frequently throughout the day.
